Professional Summary Description: Sally Stafford has almost 30 years experience in higher education in Australia, England and the USA. She is currently a consultant in higher education policy and management, strategic and quality review, accreditation, and change management.

Prior to that, she held a senior management position at Monash University as Director of University Academic Projects and Services. Earlier roles include Director, Academic Projects; Executive Officer to a Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic); committee services officer in the University Secretariat; and administrative appointments in various faculties.

Sally has had extensive experience in developing and reviewing transnational education programs, and in QA and accreditation activities in many Asian countries and elsewhere that involve cross-cultural contexts, including transnational partnerships.

She has presented on the Regulation of Offshore Higher Education Providers for an AUQA Workshop and given conference papers on management strategies for the global university and matching qualification structures with student and employer needs.
