Professional Summary Description: Rath Chhang received his Doctoral Degree of Education from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia in 2011.rnIn 1996, he was a Coordinator of English Language Support Unit in Royal University of Phnom Penh. In his coordinating role, he conducted a number of activities as follows:rnâ?¢ Managed teaching staff and in-service training program for teachers;rnâ?¢ Worked as a liaison officer between the office and other departments within university;rnâ?¢ Wrote reports on the program for the Rector of the university; rnâ?¢ Prepared the reports on the student evaluation of the program; rnâ?¢ Updated policy handbooks of the programs for the teachers.rnrnIn 2001, upon completion of his Masterâ??s degree in Educational Administration and Policy Studies in the U.S, he was appointed as a Deputy Director of Research Office in charge of Quality Assurance, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and he conducted activities as follows:rnâ?¢ Developed a research development action plan;rnâ?¢ Developed a policy and regulation on research;rnâ?¢ Organized a number of quality assurance activities and Staff Development for faculty members of Royal University of Phnom Penh;rnâ?¢ Conducted Student Satisfaction Survey and Tracer Studies on student employability;rnâ?¢ Conducted internal evaluation of the programs at RUPP.rnrnAfter his completion of his Doctoral degree of Education from University of Technology, Sydney in Australia, he transferred to work for Accreditation Committee of Cambodia.
