Professional Summary Description: I have a long term career in a number of leadership, management, teaching, training, consultancy and compliance roles in Australia and cambodia. These include the roles of principal, leadership consultant, management development coordinator, manager of training organizations and compliance manager with the NSW Department of Educational & Communities, the State Transit Authority of NSW and a number of Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) in Australia. I currently work in Australia as Compliance Manager in vocational education as well as providing training and development services to organizations within the Oceana and South-East Asia regions.
I hasve significant experience in the development and implementation of a range of leadership development programs within the public, private and NGO sectors, and has facilitated leadership and executive development in Papua New Guinea and Cambodia. I am closely involved in as a consultant in the development of the Cambodian higher education system, particularly with the public higher education sector in that country, in the establishment of quality systems and the development of quality assurance in research programs.
I hold a Master of Education (UNE), a Master of Educational Administration (Deakin University) and a Professional Doctorate (University of Western Sydney). My areas of interest include leadership development, executive coaching, business excellence and quality management in higher education.
