Expert for quality assurance in higher education, co-author of some regulation documents in the higher education sector such Criteria for Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, participated in domestic and international accreditation panels, member of different working groups and boards. QA expert listed on the list of national and international experts who provide assessment, conduct quality reviews and makes recommendations for the accreditation of higher education institutions (http://www.hea.gov.ba/Kvalitet/lista_eksperata/?id=1160). Involved in all stages of development of National Qualification Frameworks for Bosnia and Herzegovina, key expert, one of three leader and creator of TEMPUS project Bosnia and Herzegovina Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (http://www.bhqfhe.eu) which main objective of the project is to support the structural reform of higher education system in BiH and development and implementation of qualification frameworks in HE.,
Active take part in two very important project activities. First one is project of Council of Europe “Qualification and Occupational Standards” wich help by development of NQF and second one is “creation of Action plan” for development of NQF established by Bosnia Herzegovina Council of Ministry (BiH Government)

A track record in strategy development and implementation of projects and programs on local, regional and international levels is strong. Very familiar with EU and PCM (project preparation, budget, log-frame); prepared more than 30 project applications; implemented, manage and coordinated, monitored and evaluated projects.
