Institutional Member Criteria:
Measure: Institutional Members are institutions of higher education in the region that are in good standing with the relevant quality assurance agency if one exists.

Proof of recognition as a Higher Education Institution: Founded in 1953, Shanghai Publishing and Printing College(SPPC) was the first educational institution linked to the publishing and printing industry in China. Co-sponsored by the former General Administration of Press and Publication and Shanghai Municipality, it is the cradle of professional education in this field.
Proof of the organisation’s good standing with the local QA agency: SPPC is an excellent unit for the construction of 100 national exemplary backbone vocational colleges; a national higher vocational education professional teaching resource database construction unit; the first batch of pilot units for the construction of a modern university system in Shanghai; the first batch of demonstration schools in Shanghai for governing schools according to law. In 2020, "classified evaluation" has been ranked first in Shanghai "applied skills colleges" for three consecutive years with significant advantages. SPPC'S Green Plate making and Standardization Laboratory of flexographic Printing "three institutes and one center" has ranked first in the assessment scores of the National Press and Publication Administration for three consecutive years.
