Professional Summary Description: "Natalia Borozinets holds a degree of Candidate of Psychological Sciences and academic status of
Associate Professor awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia. Qualification according
to the basic education is speech therapy, she also has a master's degree in Economics. She has been
working for 22 years as a lecturer at university, 11 years she works in decision-making positions, she
also has 10 years of working experience with persons having disabilities as a special education
specialist. Research interests are focused on development of inclusive of persons with disabilities in
Russia, development and use of organisational approaches and technologies of inclusion in
professional and higher education. Natalia Borozinets has experience in development and
implementation of network educational programmes in master's degree. She participated in projects
for training of teachers to work with persons having disabilities at universities (Moscow, 2015, 2016,
2017).
Natalia Borozinets has extensive experience in international training and cooperation. She passed
internships on inclusive education, professional training and employment promotion for persons with
disabilities in Canada (2014), Germany (2015, 2018), Israel (2017). Carries out scientific cooperation
with colleagues from Canada (University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg), Germany (University of
Cologne, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich), Israel (Hebrew University, Ariel University). She is
an organizer of scientific events, including use of remote technologies (Internet Symposium ""Inclusive
Processes in the International Educational Space"") and educational courses in the field of ideology and
methodology of inclusive education, universal design, work with children having autism disorders and
their parents.
For the last 2 years she has been working within the project of the Ministry of Science and Higher
Education of Russia to create a network of resource training centers for disabled people at university.
Serves as Director of this center in the North-Caucasus Federal District. The priority tasks of the project
are to form the preferences of higher education among young people with disabilities through
development of professional guidance technologies, creation of special educational conditions,
promotion of employment and social activity.
Borozinets N.M. organizational and educational-methodical work is being carried out ¨C the
development of independently established standards, educational programs, curricula, teaching AIDS,
including those adapted for the training of persons with disabilities and HIA. 43 educational and
methodical works were published, including 3 With the stamp of UMO and 4 electronic textbooks.
The result of scientific research on various aspects of education for people with disabilities is the
publication of more than 150 scientific papers, including in publications indexed in the international
citation databases Web of Science and Scopuc. Regularly participates in conferences of various levels,
makes presentations at them, participates in scientific debates. He is the head and executor of projects
in the field of education (4 projects have been completed).
