Professional Summary Description: I have worked in the field of quality assurance since 2001. Became the Head of Institutional Review Division in 2009 and serve as the Acting Director of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education in Lithuania since 2013.

Currently, I am a board member of the Network of Central and Eastern European Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA). I am also involved in the working group of the ENQA on the impact of quality assurance.

I have extensive experience in coordinating study programme assessments, also managing the work of Division. Contributed to drafting various legal acts and methodologies. Have wide-ranging experience of participating in local and international projects, tasks varying from research activities, training, to leading the Project teams.

For two years acted as national representative from Lithuania in EC 7FP “People” Committee.

Presently, I do represent CEENQA in the international TEMPUS project BIHTEK for implementation of benchmarking tools in Bosnia and Hercogovina Higher education institutions. I am also engaged as an expert into TWINNING project between Austrian and Bosnia&Hercogovina Governments.

I have a wide experience of evaluation of project proposals accroding to TEMPUS and ERASMUS+ programmes.

Since 2014 I am a member of national Bologna follow-up group.

2010-2012 I have participated in drafting the research methodology for analysis of Higher education policy.

Have extensive experience in leading various kinds of trainings.
