Professional Summary Description: Prof. Jianxin ZHANG is expert of Yunnan Higher Education Evaluation Center, Director & professor of the Research Sector of Higher Education in Yunnan University, vice editor-in-chief of journal ACADEMY, Yunnan, China.

She got her Ph.D in Higher Education in the Graduate School of Education of Peking University Beijing in China, her Master degree in Higher Education in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne, (EPFL) in Switzerland.

She has 30-year teaching experiences awarded â??Excellent Teacherâ?, engaged in 21 research projects, rich experience in Higher Education Evaluation for over 10 years, for example, an assessor of on-site evaluation to 15 higher education institutes in Yunnan Province from 2004-2011. She has published 4 monographs, 6 edited books and over 90 theses, among which 7 theses awarded by governments & associations.

She worked as a visiting scholar in Asia-Pacific Programme of Educational Innovation for Development (APEID) in UNESCO with Molly Lee from February to August in 2008.
