Description: PF IAA “BILIM-STANDART” was founded in 2017 and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic as an accreditation agency in 2018. The supreme bodies of the agency is the meeting of founders and supervisory board.

Description: Mission: Promoting the education system in improving the competitiveness of graduates through the establishment and development of quality assurance systems
Objectives:
- to organize and conduct institutional and program accreditation of educational institutions, research organizations implementing educational programs of vocational and higher professional education, postgraduate education, additional adult education in according to the procedure established by law;
- to develop standards and criteria for institutional and programmatic accreditation of educational organizations;
- to organize and implement of post-accreditation procedures for monitoring educational programs and educational organizations
- to provide information and analytical, consulting services on quality assurance of education
- to participate in international quality assurance networks
Objectives:

Description: The staff is formed by the executive director (INQAAHE affiliated member), the deputy director (INQAAHE affiliated member) and accounter.

Description: Since 2018, the agency has conducted 450 program accreditation and 4 institutional accreditation. The Agency engaged 8 international experts and 80 national experts for the accreditation procedure

Description: The agency has a Supervisory Board, which ensures the adoption of an independent and final decision on accreditation of educational organizations. The Supervisory Board of the agency includes employers, representatives of educational organizations and student communities, as well as representatives of state bodies and NGOs.

Description: The agency reached financial stability in 2019. For example, the equity of the agency increased in 2018 by $4 563, in 2019 it amounted to $8 674.

Description: The agency also reports annually 2 times a year to National Accreditation Council under the Ministry of Education and Science on the results of accreditation. Duration of recognition of the organization as accreditation the agency is 5 years.
