Institutional Member Criteria:
Measure: Institutional Members are institutions of higher education in the region that are in good standing with the relevant quality assurance agency if one exists.

Proof of recognition as a Higher Education Institution: The institution is established in 1937, visited by the great personalities, educationist and statesmen of the country and from other countries. It being the only one Govt. College in kashmir providing training to in-service and pre-service pupil teachers coming from different parts of the valley, Jammu, Ladakh, & kargil. It has been the hub of academic scholastic and non scholastic activities since its inception the college has a rich ALUMUNI serving the society in different positives. The unique performance of the institution has been appreciated all the quarters. In 2004 NAAC accredited the institution with Grade â??Aâ? and is due for re-accreditation. The member of APQN can benefit the institution in sustenance of Quality. It will help in awareness about the global parameters of Quality on Higher education.
