Our MNCEA consists of 485 professional individuals from all different fields of social and academics. :
The office consists of 6 people. CEO Alzakhgui Vandan, Insitutional Accreditation senior officer Jamts Tungalag has been teaching for 17 years as a physics teacher. TVET accreditation senior officer Bat-Ulzii Altanchimeg graduated with the degree of Engineering, Ecnomics and Accounting and as a teacher. She has been working for MNCEA since 1998.Officer of external relations and program accreditation, Saruul Bat-Ulzii, graduated with the degree in international relations and with an honour of magna cum laude. Research officer Myadagmaa Bazargur, phylosophy teacher.
We also have 220 assigned external reviewers each have showen great leadership and earned high degrees in their working and taeching fields.
Also we have 11 Professional councils each consists of 17-20 members. Total around 200 individuals.

of Higher Education Institutions and its programs
A program applying for accreditation should meet the following criteria:
Criterion One. The program has clear and publicly stated purposes consistent with the mission of an institution of higher education and appropriate to its main functions
Pattern of evidence supporting this Criterion:
1. Purposes and goals of a program are consistent with the mission of a higher education institution.
2. Defining program's purposes and goals by involving of its constituencies - faculty, students, program supporters, amateurs, employers, and investors - and their supported unanimity.
3. Institution and unit's decisions are appropriate to purposes and goals of a program.
4. Program's purposes and goals are publicly stated.
Criterion Two: The program has the human, financial, and physical resources necessary to accomplish its purposes.
Pattern of evidence supporting this Criterion:
1. Program activities are appropriate to institution's policy and students and employers' needs.
2. Program implementing unit has qualified and experienced administrative and managerial personnel who oversee program activities and exercise appropriate responsibility for them.
3. It has a system of governance that provide dependable information to the program's constituencies - institution's staff, program amateurs and supporters, professional institutions and employers - and involve them in the program process.
4. Faculties have educational credentials that testify required knowledge and experience for teaching.
5. Program implementing unit evaluates the faculty performance, provides a systematic improvement of their knowledge and professional skills, and has a database on highly qualified teachers to involve them into program implementation when necessary.
6. The number of students enrolled is appropriate to the institution and unit's purposes, plans and abilities.
7. It has academic resources and equipment (e.g. libraries, learning resource centers, laboratories, equipment for research, computers, and studios) necessary for program's activities and for the self-study of students.
8. It has hygiene and security service important for effective teaching and learning.
9. It has a pattern of financial resources to maximize the program's capability to meet its purpose.

Pattern of evidence supporting this Criterion:
1. Educational programs are appropriate to the general rule, regulations, and standards of higher education.
· Courses of study are clearly defined, coherent, appropriate to up-to-date requirements of science and technology, and intellectually rigorous.
· Program's content and educational activities aim to stimulate individuals' personal, social and civic values.
· Programs that require of faculty and students the participation in research
· Educational program content is different in each degree and continuously profound.
· It has a register system for faculty, enrollments, students and graduates and makes analysis of it
2. It carries out scientific researches, which support the faculty and students to acquire methodology of research work.
· It has a legal framework and physical resources to facilitate research
· It has possibilities to get and change scientific information
· Faculty, staff and student services are well established and facilitate the successful operation of the institution and its unit.
3. Assessment of student achievement is correct and reflects reality.
· Assessment of students achievement is appropriate to that of higher education and to the degree attained
· Graduates have the knowledge and ability appropriate to the profession attained
Criterion Four: The program can continue to accomplish its purposes and strengthen its educational effectiveness.
Pattern of evidence supporting this Criterion:
1. It has a current financial, physical, and human resource base that is necessary for effective implementation of program in the future.
2. Carries out survey on program outcomes among faculty, students and graduates and reflects their opinions in renovation of program.
3. Institution and unit's ongoing and future plans aim to the continuous enhancement of program.
4. Program activity management aims to strengthen the effectiveness of the program.
5. It has a monitoring system for program implementation
Criterion Five: The program-implementing unit demonstrates integrity in its practices and relationships.
Pattern of evidence supporting this Criterion:
1. It maintains regular relationships with professional organizations and employers, analyzes their assessment of graduates' achievement and uses it to enhance the program.
2. It creates a legal environment for acceptance and response to faculty and students' requests and for appropriate grievance procedures.
3. Its published information on program is accurate and complies with the reality of program activity.
4. The program is interconnected with the similar programs of its own institution as well as local and foreign higher education institutions, and aims to meet international standards.
5. Collaborates with units of other institutions, which carry out similar educational activities, and provides mutual assistance.
The end result of program implementation is defined by the quality of students' achievement, employability of graduates and by the fulfillment of social needs and requirements.

Description: FULFILLMENT: MNCEA receives Progress Report from All accredited Institutions and Universities anually.
Depending on their progress report we conduct an audit with 1-2 external evaluators for 1 day and check the overall status and progress of that particular Institution and Program.
