diploma of high school geography teacher. Since 1998, I have been working at the South Ural
state University (research University). In different years, she held the positions of Deputy Dean of
the faculty of service and tourism, Deputy Director of the Institute of sports tourism and service
for academic work. I have a PhD in geographical Sciences and an associate Professor. Currently I
work as an associate Professor of the Department of social and cultural service and tourism of
the Institute of sports tourism and service. I have diplomas of professional retraining in the

I have been working on the quality of education since 2009. She has repeatedly
